Fed up with radical indoctrination in your children’s classrooms, never-ending mask mandates in schools and power-grabbing administrators?

The FBI may be coming after you.

President Joe Biden’s attack dog, Attorney General Merrick Garland, is weaponizing the FBI to target what he called a “a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.”

Parents have grown increasingly frustrated with marxist, race-based curriculum forced on their children and overreaching COVID mitigation efforts. They’re showing up to school board meetings to express that frustration. In places like the Mequon- Thiensville School District, efforts are underway to recall school board members. The discussions have been heated as the Biden Administration, state and local educrats force controversial curriculum and their will on parents and taxpayers.

“While spirited debate about policy matters is protected under our Constitution, that protection does not extend to threats of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views,” Garland wrote in a recent memo to federal prosecutors as well as FBI Director Christopher Wray. “Threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values.”

Merrick, a former liberal federal judge and failed Obama nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, added that those “ensuring that our children receive a proper education in a safe environment deserve to be able to do their work without fear for their safety.”

What Merrick and his leftist allies are trying to prevent is opposition to the radicalization of America’s public schools long in the making. And, as the Obama administration so routinely did, they are weaponizing federal law enforcement agencies to target their enemies.

The pandemic has opened a lot of eyes about the politicization of public education, as parents have been able to tune into their children’s virtual lessons. And as school officials have enacted more stringent COVID mitigation methods, a wave of discontent has swept the nation.

As the New York Post reported, Garland’s memo followed the National School Boards Association letter to Biden claiming America’s public schools and its education leaders are under an immediate threat.”

The Sept. 29 letter cited that opposition — naming the imposition of mask mandates in schools as well as “propaganda purporting the false inclusion of critical race theory within classroom instruction and curricula” — as the causes of dozens of incidents at school board meetings this year, the Post reported.

“This propaganda continues despite the fact that critical race theory is not taught in public schools and remains a complex law school and graduate school subject well beyond the scope of a K-12 class,” the letter went on, despite incidents across the country where teachers have been exposed to be racializing their curricula.

It’s interesting to see Biden’s FBI poised to harass and intimidate frustrated parents while the president flippantly dismisses liberal protester attacks on U.S. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema — a crime in Arizona — for breaking with Biden and fellow Democrats on their obscene $3.5 trillion budget bill.

Andrew McCarthy, writing in National Review  said the Biden Justice Department is showing again why it is merely a continuation of the Obama Justice Department, “which was the most politicized in American history.” McCarthy, who served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, writes:

The Obama/Biden administration modus operandi was to make the process the penalty — in this case, the investigative process, coupled with the threat of Justice Department criminal or civil prosecution, no matter how invalid.

That is what Obama/Biden officials notoriously did in the IRS scandal, intimidating conservative organizations by investigating them under the threat that they would lose their tax-exempt status. In insidious irony, the administration did exactly what such constitutional provisions as the First Amendment are supposed to forbid — it took government action that effectively thwarted constitutionally protected political activity (such as organizing political opposition to Obama-administration policies).

The same goes for the Obama Justice Department’s infamous “Dear Colleague” letters, which used the threat of DOJ enforcement action “to compel adherence to progressive pieties that gutted due process on college campuses, invoked racism as a rationalization to dictate school-discipline practices nationwide, and pressured schools to accept the notion that gender is mutable rather than a fixed biological reality.”

Those same letters were employed in a four-year campaign of harassment against the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. Federal investigators turned up absolutely no evidence of discrimination against disabled children or violations of federal law by private schools or the choice program, as the Justice Department alleged. But the MPCP had to spend lots of time and resources defending itself from the DOJ’s harassment campaign.

Just as Obama-Biden saw the political dangers in the tea party movement and the Trump revolution, Biden and Democrats are frightened of the groundswell of opposition against government overreach that could very well transform into an organized political movement. They must choke it out.

So they’re going back to the old playbook of chilling speech and targeting their political enemies — and weaponizing federal agencies to do it.
